1. Who we are

LexFall is developed and published by -TJ Socialmedia Agency LTD. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at hello@tjsocials.name.ng.

2. What data we collect

We collect no personal data whatsoever. Specifically, LexFall does not:

• Require you to create an account or sign in
• Collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, camera, microphone, or any other device sensor
• Use advertising SDKs or analytics platforms
• Share any data with third parties

3. Data stored locally on your device

LexFall stores the following information locally using Android's SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device:

• High score - your best score across all sessions
• Games played - a count of how many games you have started
• Audio preferences - whether music and sound effects are enabled or muted

You can clear this data at any time from your device's Settings → Apps → LexFall → Clear Data.

4. Internet access

LexFall does not require an internet connection to play. The app does not make any network requests during normal gameplay. The Daily Mode seed is calculated locally using the current date - no server communication occurs.

5. Children's privacy

LexFall does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for all ages.

6. Third-party services

LexFall uses the following open-source Flutter packages, none of which collect personal data:

• provider - state management (local only)
• shared_preferences - local on-device storage
• audioplayers - plays audio from bundled assets

Distribution through the Google Play Store is subject to Google's own privacy practices. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about data collected by the Play Store itself.

7. Changes to this policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the revised version will be published here with an updated date. Because we collect no personal data, any changes will be minor and unlikely to affect you.
